Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CoFun, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms form a legal agreement between you and Blue Edgewater LLC, the creator of CoFun. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of CoFun after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
What CoFun Is
CoFun is an AI-powered comedy and entertainment app. It uses artificial intelligence to generate roasts, comebacks, captions, bits, and other comedic content based on what you type in.
CoFun is designed purely for entertainment. It is not a professional service of any kind — not therapy, not legal advice, not relationship counseling, not a substitute for human judgment. The comedians are archetypes, not real people. The outputs are generated by AI and should be treated as such.
Who Can Use CoFun
CoFun is intended for users aged 13 and older. Some content may include adult humor and is most appropriate for users 17 and older.
By using CoFun you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- If you are between 13 and 18, you have parental permission
- You are legally permitted to use the app in your jurisdiction
- You will use CoFun responsibly and not to harm others
Free and Pro Plans
CoFun offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
Free plan — includes access to select comedian voices, quick bits, and a daily generation limit. Free features are provided as-is and may change at any time.
CoFun Pro — $4.99/month, billed through Google Play. Pro subscribers get access to all voices, all bits, unlimited daily sessions, and clean share cards.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability of any plan with reasonable notice.
AI-Generated Content
All outputs from CoFun are generated by artificial intelligence. They are produced for entertainment purposes only.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected
- CoFun outputs do not represent the views of Blue Edgewater LLC
- You are responsible for how you use or share any output
- Comedian voices are fictional archetypes — they do not impersonate real people
- Outputs should not be used for harassment, defamation, or harm
You retain the right to use outputs you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not own any underlying model, voice system, or infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
CoFun is for comedy and entertainment. You agree not to use it to:
- Harass, threaten, or target any individual or group
- Generate content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Produce or distribute defamatory content about real people
- Impersonate celebrities, public figures, or other individuals
- Create content that sexualizes or endangers minors
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the app’s AI systems
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize outputs in a way that misrepresents their origin
Comedy should target situations, behaviors, and absurdity — not real people’s identities. Keep it funny, not harmful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these guidelines at our sole discretion.
Your Privacy
Your privacy matters. CoFun does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not sell your data.
The text you type is sent to our Cloudflare Worker proxy and then to Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate responses. We do not store your conversations on our servers.

CoFun, the Blue Edgewater name, and all original content including comedian archetypes, voice names, UI design, and brand assets are the property of Blue Edgewater LLC.
The comedian voices in CoFun — The Truth Cannon, The Drifter, The Nerve, The Portland Prophet, The Grudge, and all others — are original fictional archetypes created by Blue Edgewater. They are described using style references (e.g. “Carlin-esque”) for creative framing only and do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any real person.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute CoFun’s brand assets, voice system, or app design without written permission.
Disclaimers
CoFun is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Edgewater LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CoFun — including but not limited to relationship damage caused by sending an AI-generated petty reply.
Use CoFun at your own judgment. We built a comedy app, not a life advisor.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes we will update the effective date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of CoFun after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, stop using the app.
Termination
You may stop using CoFun at any time by uninstalling the app. To cancel a Pro subscription, do so through your Google Play account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CoFun at any time for violations of these terms, misuse, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from your use of CoFun shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that state.
