After nearly two decades of pursuing my passion for teaching, training, and inspiring others, I’m thrilled to be actively achieving that goal. Currently, I am earning my Master of Science in Education (MSED) in Learning Design and Technology at Purdue University online, combining academic rigor with my hands-on experience in sales and customer service training across five diverse industries.

At present, I’m focused on advancing innovative training solutions at Island Sailing Club, a premier training facility on the Columbia River. My work involves managing front-end and back-end improvements, optimizing project workflows with Miro, crafting visually engaging materials using Canva Pro, and leveraging cutting-edge tools like GPTs and DALL-E to create audience-centered educational content.

With a background that spans sales, ski and sailing instruction, and entrepreneurship, I’ve developed and implemented training programs that enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and elevate customer service skills. My approach centers on creating immersive, practical, and engaging learning experiences that simulate real-world scenarios to reinforce knowledge and skills.

My ultimate goal is to empower individuals with the confidence and tools they need to excel in their roles and make meaningful contributions to their organizations.
