Planning and Analysis
My planning and analysis process begins with a deep dive into the learning context, audience characteristics, and organizational goals. By conducting thorough needs assessments—be it through interviews, surveys, or performance data—I identify precise learning gaps and desired outcomes. From there, I map these findings into high-level learning objectives that align tightly with stakeholder expectations and strategic metrics.
