Training Modules

I’ve developed all kinds of training experiences—from e-learning courses and interactive job aids to live workshop presentations and blended programs—tailored to fit a wide range of learners and needs. Whether it’s a scenario-based compliance module or a tech onboarding course, I focus on making each project engaging, practical, and easy to use. My toolkit includes rapid authoring platforms, video, interactive design, and user-friendly layouts that help learners dive in and see real results.

With every module, I aim to bring together the basics of solid instructional design—clear objectives, relevant content, and meaningful assessments—while also adding a creative spark, a focus on accessibility, and a strong connection to real-world skills. My goal is always the same: make learning not just effective, but genuinely enjoyable and valuable.

CoLeader App Founder Demo

One of the most interesting things I’ve learned building AI apps is that sometimes a limitation turns out to be a feature. Most AI tools are getting better at remembering us. They learn our preferences, projects, goals, and habits. That’s incredibly powerful. But while building and testing my newest app, CoLeader, I stumbled onto a different idea.

Because every leadership session starts fresh, the app isn’t anchored to my history, assumptions, excuses, or usual way of thinking. Instead, it asks me to look at the challenge through a new leadership lens.

In a strange way, it feels less like “continuing a conversation with myself” and more like getting perspective from someone who has never heard my story before.

That led me to a realization:
Sometimes growth comes from being deeply understood.
Sometimes growth comes from being seen fresh.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been building CoLeader around that idea. Not as another chatbot, but as a leadership council that helps people step outside the prison of their own prompt, challenge their assumptions, and turn ideas into action. It’s been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on, and honestly, it’s already changed the way I think about my own decisions.

Custom GPT to Train Instructional Designers how to use AI tools

I designed this custom “AI Co-Designer” GPT as an adaptive coaching partner for instructional designers learning to work with AI. The bot begins by asking a few quick questions about the project and the designer’s AI experience, then tailors its support for beginners, intermediates, or advanced users—always aiming to keep them in their Zone of Proximal Development. Grounded in ADDIE, CoI, and constructivist principles, it helps IDs clarify performance problems, design adaptive pathways, and build reusable prompt workflows, while keeping humans firmly in the loop.
