Evaluation and Implementation

During the implementation phase, I coordinate logistics, facilitate training setups (both online and in-person), and ensure materials are accessible and engaging. My evaluation approach is woven throughout the process rather than merely as an end-stage check. I rely on formative assessments—like quick quizzes, polls, and small-group feedback—to adjust the design in real time. For summative evaluation, I use frameworks such as Kirkpatrick’s Levels to capture reaction, learning, on-the-job application, and organizational impact. By measuring both quantitative outcomes (quiz scores, usage rates) and qualitative feedback (interviews, focus groups), I create a comprehensive view of how effectively the instruction meets stakeholder objectives. This cycle of ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting allows for iterative improvements, ensuring that each project not only meets its immediate goals but also informs future instructional strategies.

Challenge 1: Proof that I am able to implement formative evaluation plans

Challenge 2: Further proof that I am able to implement summative evaluation plans

Challenge 1: The strong ability to create a vision of change that aligns learning and performance goals with organizational goals
