Throughout my career in sales and customer service training, I have consistently leveraged technology to enhance learning experiences in both schools and workplaces. Currently, I’m focused on advancing training solutions at Island Sailing Club, a world-class training facility on the Columbia River, where I manage both front-end and back-end improvements. I’m optimizing project workflows with Miro, designing visually engaging materials in Canva Pro, and using cutting-edge GPTs and DALL-E to create audience-centered educational content.
Drawing from my background in sales, ski and sailing instruction, and entrepreneurship, I’ve developed and implemented training modules that enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and strengthen customer service skills. My training programs are built to be immersive and practical, utilizing advanced tools to simulate real-world scenarios and reinforce learning.
